Log in with your Gmail account

Share access to your Notion DB

Share access to the Notion databases with the formula editor. Select those DBs that contain the formula properties you want to edit. We only use the permissions to get the necessary information about the database properties and the actual formulas.

Search for the DB and select the formula property to edit

Once the editor has access to the databases, you can select the database which has the formula you want to edit, then the formula property itself. Now you can start editing away. It might take a few minutes for the shared databases to appear in search. You can share more / less databases with the editor at any time by clicking the "Share Notion databases" button from the bottom of the page.

Step 4

Edit your Notion formula

You can start editing your Notion formula by dragging and connecting Notion formula blocks, or by editing in text form. To edit in text form, press the "Edit Text Formula" button on the top-right corner of the page.

Copy the Notion Formula back to your Notion DB

To get the Notion-compatible formula in text form, click the "Edit Text Formula" button on the top-right corner of the page. Make sure you switch from the "Enriched Formula" tab to the "Notion Formula" one to convert the complex formulas. Click the clipboard icon to copy the formula and paste it back into your Notion database formula property.
